A discipline that includes different methods all similar to dance and not only.

So that your children, as well as our students, are educated to use their body and to face and overcome their limits CONSCIOUSLY, preventing all illnesses and strengthening every little part step by step.

The Bodycode System is a dynamic postural rehabilitation and accident prevention method for all those who want to know their body better and want to improve physical performance.

The bodycode includes 7 different methodologies that act and rebalance the structure. How? Identifying the cause, objectives and motivations, with exercises performed with innovative equipment designed specifically.

Acquiring a broad conception of movement and awareness of the body, increasing the ability to concentrate and introspective activity…

More specifically, we will address the Master Stretch that helps to strengthen the proprioceptive capacity thanks to the tilting shoe. The work therefore starts from the activity of the foot,  thus strengthening the ankles and the whole posterior kinetic chain; to get acquainted with every muscle of the body and use it in the most correct way without going for compensations.

Ideal for:

– Stretch and strengthen muscles and tendons of the lower limbs and back.

– Prevent cramps, tendonitis, muscle strain and back pain.

– Improve elasticity, posture, coordination and balance.

At the base we have the Dynamic Postural Self Re-education, another method that we will face; which will help to dissolve the tensions accumulated during the day but also during the same physical activity,  so as to better prepare the student for the dance class and to repair muscle weaknesses. All the structural compensations will be brought to the surface and work will be done to eliminate them completely.

These disciplines can also be adopted for adult people who want to keep fit and want to protect their body from the stress that everyday life from. They are work in disciplines that help the body but also help the mind to feel good.  A moment for yourself to eliminate tensions, regain control of your body and educate it to move consciously even when you are not in the room. And a work aimed at awareness and there are no contraindications. It is an excellent post-injury functional recovery but above all it works to prevent them.

Course for children and adults with and without tools.

Pilates called his method Contrology, referring to the way the method encourages the use of the mind to control the muscles. It is a program of exercises that focuses on the postural muscles, that is, those muscles that help to keep the body balanced and are essential to provide support to the spine.

The method is also indicated in the field of postural rehabilitation. In particular, Pilates exercises make you become aware of the breath and the alignment of the spine by strengthening the muscles of the deep trunk, very important to help relieve and prevent back pain.

This training method not only strengthens the abdominals but also strengthens the deeper muscle groups near the spine and around the pelvis. The key point of the method is the toning and strengthening of the Power House, that is, all the muscles connected to the trunk: the abdomen, the buttocks, the adductors and the lumbar area.

The exercises that are performed on the mat (Pilates Mat Work) must be fluid and perfectly performed, must also be combined with proper breathing.
