Corpoetic
Corpoetic is a theatrical improvisation method developed by Roberta Voltolina. It is a workshop that explores the body as an expressive instrument — a journey through dance, Tai Chi, and sensory stimuli to rediscover free and authentic movement. Open to dancers, actors, and anyone who wishes to express themselves through the body.
Boogie Woogie
Fun, vibrant, and full of energy, boogie woogie is the iconic partner dance that defined the 1950s. Adaptable to any tempo—from slow grooves to wild rhythms—it blends solid technique with playful improvisation. The course also explores Collegiate Shag, a fast-paced and upbeat swing partner dance, and Authentic Jazz, featuring steps that range from Charleston to tap. The course is run by Boogie Killers.
Theatrical improvisation
Improvisational theatre is an art form that develops creativity, mental agility, and communication skills. Through games and stage techniques, participants learn to embrace the unexpected, enhancing both their verbal and physical expression. It’s perfect for actors as well as anyone looking to boost confidence and spontaneity in everyday life. The course is run by TraAttori.
Contemporary dance
A journey through technique and expression inspired by dance-theatre. The course combines fluid movement sequences, studies on imbalance, and improvisation techniques to develop creativity and body awareness. The path culminates in a final choreography, the result of each participant’s personal exploration.
Tap
Tap dance is a captivating fusion of movement and rhythm. Perfect for developing musicality and coordination, this course guides young dancers through a technical and creative journey, all within a fun and stimulating environment. Students also have the opportunity to take annual exams with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD).
Street dance
An energetic and dynamic urban dance style born on the streets and in the clubs. The course covers the main styles—from breaking to locking—while focusing on musicality, coordination, and personal expression. Nineteenth-century and Scottish dances
An immersive course to discover waltz, mazurka, polka, and quadrille, following the historical manuals of the great 19th-century masters. The course also explores Scottish country dances from the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society. Structured in three levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced), the program offers a unique experience blending history and dance. The course is organized by Società di Danza Parma.
Pilates
A training method for teens and adults, with or without equipment, focused on deep muscle strengthening and posture improvement. The exercises target the power house—abs, glutes, adductors, and lower back—enhancing balance and body control. Also suitable for rehabilitation, it helps prevent pain and injuries while promoting overall physical well-being.
Bodycode system
An innovative method of postural re-education and injury prevention, ideal for dancers and adults looking to stay fit and reduce physical stress. By combining targeted exercises with specialized equipment, it improves posture, strength, and balance. Disciplines like Master Stretch strengthen the muscular chain, helping prevent injuries and optimize physical performance.
Musical for children
A creative program for children aged 7 to 8 and up, with classes every other Saturday from October to May. Students explore singing, acting, choreographed movement, and tap dance, developing stage presence and interpretive skills. The course culminates in a final performance, giving participants the chance to perform in a full musical.
Jazz dance
Jazz dance combines energy, rhythm, and technique. Classes for children from age 3, teens, and adults follow a curriculum designed to strengthen the body and improve coordination and expressiveness. The technical approach is rigorous yet always delivered in an engaging and inspiring environment. Students have the opportunity to take annual exams through the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.
Classical dance
Classical dance classes for children from age 3, teens, and adults, based on a program that develops muscle strength, coordination, and discipline. The learning environment is always encouraging and calm. A dedicated course is offered specifically for adults. Students have the opportunity to take exams through the Royal Academy of Dance and the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.
