Professione Musical is a three-year full-time course. The selection allows students to achieve a high standard in all the fundamental disciplines of the musical: singing, dancing, acting.
Program of studies
The entertainment industry is also developing more and more in Italy, and there is a growing demand for talented artists, and especially well trained in dance, acting and singing. Therefore, more and more companies are investing in musical performances, in Italian productions or imported from abroad.
Our goal is to Train complete artists within three years, providing them with all the skills they need to tackle the stage on a professional level. Along the way, students learn to enhance their talents in the dance, in singing and in acting, developing it to the standards required by the working world. They are guided in acquiring solid stage experience, which is essential for tackling any production with confidence.
In addition to artistic and technical growth, we aim to convey the ability to maintain a high level of performance throughout their careers, developing an attitude of self-criticism and constant evolution. We prepare our students to work effectively with directors, choreographers, producers and technicians so that they can Enter professionally into the industry.
Finally, we provide in-depth knowledge of the history of musicals and theater, along with the practical tools to independently manage your own career path.
DANCE, SINGING, MUSIC AND ACTING CLASSES
To be a professional musical, one must properly master its three main disciplines: dance, singing and acting.
The study of dance includes several in-depth lessons on both practical and theoretical levels. The dance classical forms the technical basis for all other disciplines, improving posture, coordination and body awareness. The jazz develops energy, stamina and the ability to assimilate choreography, while the pas de deux teaches how to work in harmony with the partner. The tap and the flamenco refine the sense of rhythm, and dance contemporary works on fluidity and breathing.
You can request combined dance and singing lessons or meetings in preparation for the examinations professional examinations of the Royal Academy of Dance and the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.
The chant is studied in all its forms, from musical reading (with theory lessons and solfege) to choral singing, to learn to be part of a professional musical production. Individual lessons allow you to perfect vocal technique and delve deeper into the repertoire of the musical.

Through improvisation exercises, textual analysis (2nd year) and study of the Stanislavsky method (3rd year), students acquire the tools to best interpret characters and manage their emotions on stage.
Tutor and medical team
Facing a new learning environment can be challenging, especially for those who are away from home for the first time. Therefore, each learner is provided with a personal tutor, ready to offer practical support and follow their training. Thanks to an agreement with qualified medical centers, clinical and radiological examinations can be carried out quickly.
Health is an integral part of education. The school promotes a proper lifestyle, teaching the importance of a balanced diet, of a training adequate and knowledge of one’s body, which is essential to prevent deficiencies, overweight and injuries.

Admission examinations for the new academic year

The ability to prepare, in just three years, our students to a professional level in all disciplines of the musical, combined with the intense and thorough curriculum, guarantees our graduates the best possible opportunities on the national and international job market.
Evidence for admission
The audition is divided into three parts:
1) Music: Candidates must perform a song, preferably from a musical, that showcases their vocal abilities. The musical backing can be provided either on CD or via sheet music brought by the candidate for piano accompaniment.
2) Acting: A workshop during which voice use, concentration, and performance skills will be assessed.
3) Dance: A physical aptitude test and the learning of a short jazz dance combination will help determine whether the candidate is capable of handling the demanding physical work required by the school.
The audition will conclude with a final interview.
Selection of participants
The selection will take place exclusively at the school premises On a date and time to be agreed upon. Upon request, the opportunity to view privately candidates unable to audition on the scheduled days.
Hearing result
The result will be sent within two weeks together with registration forms, fees and detailed information program, only in case of a positive response.
